In short: your NVDRA account is one login for every NVDRA application. You can register an organization, invite your team and subscribe to applications here; paid packages are billed yearly and paid by bank transfer with a proof of payment. Each application also has its own terms for what you do inside it.
Who this agreement is between
These Terms of Service are an agreement between NVDRA Technologies (“NVDRA”, “we”, “us”) and you, for your NVDRA account and NVDRA Auth, the sign-in, organization and billing service at this website (the “Account Service”).
Each NVDRA application (AdvansEdu, HR Management (HRMS), Expense Management, ThinkTest, Careers) has its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other policies, published on that application’s website, which apply to what you do inside it. These Terms apply to your account, your organizations, subscriptions and billing for all of them.
By creating an account or signing in you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are an electronic contract formed under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.
Your NVDRA account
- One account is for one person. Give your real name and an email address and mobile number you control, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You can sign out of other devices from “My account”.
- Accounts that are never confirmed by email are deleted after 7 days.
- An account may be created for you by an organization you work or study at; it is still your personal account, and you can use it with other organizations too.
- You can deactivate your account from “My account”. An organization owner must first hand the organization over to someone else.
Organizations and members
- When you register an organization you become its owner and confirm that you are authorised to act for it. The organization is bound by these Terms.
- Owners and admins can invite members, choose which applications and roles each member has, and remove access. They are responsible for giving access only to the right people.
- Ownership can be transferred to another member, who must accept it within 72 hours.
Subscriptions, invoices and payment
- Applications are offered as free, freemium or premium. Paid packages are billed once a year, in advance; some package items have monthly limits, but billing is always yearly.
- Invoices are issued in “Billing”. You pay by the bank accounts or other methods shown on the invoice and upload a proof of payment. NVDRA verifies the proof, normally within one working day, and the package starts or renews from that date.
- If a renewal invoice is not paid within its grace period, the organization is placed on hold in that application until it is paid; the owner is taken to the overdue invoice.
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees unless the invoice says otherwise. Taxes that apply by law are added where required. New prices apply from the next renewal and are shown before the renewal invoice is issued.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use your account to break the law, impersonate someone, get into accounts or organizations that are not yours, create accounts in bulk or with automated tools, or interfere with the security of NVDRA services. Each application’s Acceptable Use Policy also applies inside it.
Support access, security and legal requests
- Authorised NVDRA staff can see account, organization and billing details to give support, verify payments and keep the service secure. Their actions are recorded in audit logs.
- Our most senior administrators can sign in as a user from the NVDRA Admin Panel to see exactly what that person sees. They must record a reason first, a red banner shows the session is NVDRA access in every application, the session ends by itself (after 30 minutes unless a shorter or longer time up to 2 hours is set), and the start and end are recorded in audit logs. Password, email, sessions, deactivation and ownership cannot be changed during such a session, and NVDRA staff accounts cannot be opened this way.
- We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these Terms, that puts others at risk, or when a court or authority requires it. Where reasonable we will warn first.
- We may disclose information when required by law, for example to a court or to an investigating agency under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.
Disclaimers and liability
The Account Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for all claims in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid NVDRA in those twelve months (or Rs. 10,000 if you paid nothing). These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, including for fraud. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will show the date of the latest version at the top. For significant changes we will notify you by email or when you sign in at least 15 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Please write to us first; we will reply within 15 working days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the courts at Karachi, Sindh have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you may have to approach a consumer court. These Terms are written in English, and the English text governs.
